Dealing with 311 Service Request Categories

We display the following categories of service requests on the dashboard:

-Sidewalk or Street
-Garbage
-Vehicles
-Defacement/Graffiti
-Trees
-Water
-Sewage

At a later date, we should at least add:
-Signs
-Animals

Here are the services that we are not currently categorizing. Most of them have pretty low counts over the past 6 months.
