Happens the first time a client connects after an Apollo resstart (moonlight-qt and moonlight-android).

The client receives a warning that the host PC does not support the selected encoding (e.g. HDR/H265 or HDR/AV1). The encoding that is then used for that session is H264.

Closing and starting a new session gets rid of the warning and the used encoder is correct (e.g. H265/HDR).

Happens both for an NVIDIA RTX 4090 host GPU and AMD Radeon iGPU.

Not sure if this happens in Sunshine.
