Hi A/Prof Kirst, thanks for your work developing this suite. Might I suggest taking an alternative approach with your softwares in the future? The way the tools are integrated makes many of the sub modules and features difficult to use and are proving very frustrating to integrate into other projects and packages. I'd assume that most users will be seeking to adapt parts of your work for alternative usage and wishing to integrate these into their own pipelines and flows. The size and lack of modularity in your packages makes working with them very challenging. best,
