Using custom atlas in ClearMap GUI

Hi

Is it currently possible to upload a custom atlas using the ClearMap GUI? I don't see any mention of it in the documentation. Can the alignment_params.cfg file be manually edited to point to a new atlas?

Hi,

I hope this is not too late. You can upload an atlas by putting it in ClearMap/Resources/Atlas (and have it follow the same naming convention as the files you find there).
You should then edit the file located at ClearMap/config/atlas.py and follow the pattern. the "base_name" is the prefix of the files you have uploaded to the Resources/Atlas folder.
