Linux Ubuntu 24.04.1 LTS
Clearmap v2.1.4
running GUI
Registration works fine with full brain images. But, when I try another dataset with only one hemisphere (I cropped the Atlas accordingly under Space info > Orientation: 123; Crop Z: 0px - 290 px), registration works up until step 4 and then it stops (no CPU/GPU activity). See below screenshot.
I do get 'result.0' files in elastix_resampled_to_auto and elastix_auto_to_reference folders, but 'result.1' file is not generated in the latter folder, so I think bspline step is not working. Do I need to modify any parameters in the align_bspline.txt file for it to work with a hemisphere?
