Tags Cog: Add Option to List Tags Alphabetically

Currently, tags are listed by usage. This is not particularly useful if there are very many tags and you're trying to remember the specific name of a tag.

At a minimum, there should also be an option to view tags in alphabetical order. Moving the "___ uses" text to be beside the tag name rather than beneath it could help make the list easier to read.

Yes, but most tags users are probably not power users.

How many people even on Clemson CPSC discord are going to take the time to go to the ClemBot dashboard, login, select the server, go to the tags list, and find the tag they're looking for? Probably not many TBH.

It is inconvenient to leave the discord app for this functionality and creates a barrier impeding the mass usage of tags (or rather, to the discovery of previously unknown/un-used tags)

Ideally everyone 😁 its much easier then trying to figure out the complex strucutre for a given command. adding more complexity when we have a much simpler approach isnt helpful. HOWEVER adding a link to the tags part of the dashboard IN the tags embed is an excellent idea. Give people something to click on
