The title says it all.

It would be nice to have a command that forcibly updates and applies the latest role permissions to the mute role. This would allow permissions to get fixed for existing channels if they are tampered with or messed up by staff.

It also provides an easy way for server managers to update ClemBot mute permissions when ClemBot adds support for new permissions or fixes mute-breaking features.

I see the utility in this, however its also something that can just be run from the owner eval command
