Investigate DryBubble parameters

In #1265, I fixed a bug in how DryBubble parameters are set in TC. It turns out that the (presumably) intended set of parameters leads to simulation crash in TC. Consequently, those parameter values were not merged. Instead a set of (presumably) incorrect parameters that was used prior to discovering the bug is used instead.

I'm posting this issue lest we forget about the issue, and we may revisit this at some point in the future.
