Feature request: Filter out CI downloads?

Would like be able to filter out CI downloads. No idea how that would be implemented but at least pepy.tech (paid version) claims to have the ability to do so.

We've wanted this for sometime @fohrloop We can do this but not retrospectively (backfilling i think is just too expensive) - it would apply past the date of implementation only.

This needs to be carefully planned as well, as it means we'll need to change our mvs.
