Task

In this internal revision an effort has been made to standardise terminology for panel, bait-set and capture kit. To choose one name when possible to avoid confusion.

issue: https://github.com/Clinical-Genomics/Lab-Production/issues/600

We have multiple places in balsamic where capture kit and bait set seems to be used interchangeably when referring to bed-files.

Suggested approach

Select one terminology to use and refactor code to use it. I personally prefer the word bait-set over capture-kit. But we could have a vote!

We will decide later in the production meeting which terms to use. We could invite people for this meeting.
