Arnold updates for the new NovaSeq X workflows

Lims Issue

The new changes done in LIMS for the integration of the NovaSeq X has resulted in some changes needed for the uploads to Arnold.

Preps
The new versions of the prep workflows won't have that many needed changes. But updates to UDFs and master steps muste be taken into account.

Updated models:

Sequencing
An entire new type of upload model for the sequencing collection in Arnold is needed to cover the new NovaSeq X workflow. The old one will be kept untouched as we will still run NovaSeq 6000 runs for some time.

New models:

Flow cell
An entire new type of upload model will be needed for NovaSeq X flow cells as a result of the amount of new values added, and old ones having been removed.
