Work Flow: NovaSeq X v1 / NovaSeq 6000 v1
Protocol: NovaSeq X v1 / NovaSeq v3
Step: Define Run Format and Calculate Volumes (NovaSeq X) / Define Run Format and Calculate Volumes (Nova Seq)

Description:
The current way of checking for duplicate samples first on exit of the step is problematic as the actual pooling in the lab could be done before the step is finished. A possible solution to this could be that we instead run the EPP upon entry to warn as early as possible that something might be wrong. This would also facilitate us to run the index check the same time, and thus solving issues like #521.

Update:
The duplicated sample check has been moved to run on entry. The index clash EPP however needs to be rewritten before it can be moved as well. But it is something we'll absolutely look into as soon as possible
