Ideogram region guide not updated on first landing from scout

Describe the bug
When visiting a gens CN from the Scout SV page, the ideogram red-bars-yellow-rectangle guide is not displayed on the ideogram. After zooming it reappears.

3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
