Wakka_I_Cherbourg - Digivol transcript has minimal TEI markup & not overwriting existing transcriptions

In the item Wakka I Cherbourg, we have uploaded a CSV transcript from Digivol. The tei in Nyingarn is not marked up e.g. no line breaks. When trying to reupload the Digivol transcript to fix this issue, the new upload is not overwriting existing transcriptions despite having 'overwrite existing transcriptions' toggled to on. E.g. we deleted the text from Page 3, and this is not being added back in when we reupload the transcription file.
