pace.js breaks authenticaiton flow in blazor #511

The default authentication flow breaks, when you reference pace.js library - see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/65658769/blazor-wasm-stuck-on-authorizing-and-completing-login for details. If that's something you're interested to look into, I could try to replicate the issue in an open source project
