Remove tags's parents

Current behavior
In each articles, the tags have a parent.

Expected behavior
Only tags, without their parents.

Minimal reproduction of the problem with instructions

• Open the Wiki
• Go to an article
• Open the Article right context
• See the tags and their parents.

What is the motivation / use case for changing the behavior?
Having the parent seems too complex. In the past 2 months in my company, for +1400 editions, we have only 2 tags added. (Win Chart is the beta name of allons-y-web-metrics
