Description

Users should be able to toggle between sorting files and folders at the top and alphabetically (files and folders interspersed).

Additional Context

We might also consider a setting for this.

IMO there should be two items in this menu, with a check-mark on the selected one. Having only one menu item that changes title makes it harder to understand what it is supposed to do when you click it.
