In all documents there is always the same city "Grodzisk Wielkopolski" and the same institution "Zespół Orzekający przy Poradni Psychologiczno-Pedagogicznej w Grodzisku Wlkp".
If the project is also for different institutions in many cities, it should be possible to change the names.
