For English users that come after me, please change language selection method

I almost gave up trying to figure out how to get an English UI, then decided to ask ChatGPT. It advised me there could be settings added by the extension that controlled what language is selected, and sure enough it allows English selection. So thank you for the extension and the English localization, but it would probably be best to go ahead and set it to English if that's VS Code's locale settings. Or at least let users know somewhere, like in the description listed on the extension's Details in Extensions, as to how to change it.

So for any English user reading this, just open VS Code settings and search for "CodeGeex" and change all the language settings from default to English.
