Hi @alfonsocanuk! I've reviewed your material and liked it a lot. I certainly learned a good deal from reading through it. I've made suggestions, including many minor ones from Grammarly.

I see that you've decided to change the coursework from the ideas above. I suggest that trainees should, at the least, submit their short essays on difficult workplace conversations and as a separate exercise review someone else's.
