Readonly mode enabled features show no checkmark in the menu

### Describe the Bug

Opening a document like a Visio .vsd file opens in read-only mode. In this mode there's several issues; In the menu there are no checkboxes for enabled features; if you select View> Dark Mode an then check the menu again the option has no checkmark. This is also teh case with other options. Like View> Status Bar.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Nextcloud and open a readonly document like a Viso VSD or VSDX.
2. When COOL opens Click on View> Dark Mode so the view turns dark.
3. Check View menu again, there's no Checkmark show at the Darm Mode menu option.
4. There is also the same issue with the View> Show Status Bar option. Case selected also this shows no checkmark for the menu item.

Expected Behavior

Enabled features in the menu should show a checkmark.

Actual Behavior

Enabled features show no checkmark

Screenshots
