Resume Parsing and Analysis

Problem Statement:
We are receiving multiple applications in the portal, and the count is overflowing the capacity we have to address them. For the initial screening process, we have a set algorithm designed for elements we check essentially in the resume. We need automation in the portal to provide the analysis of a resume.

Proposed solution:
We would like to have a resume parser in place that would fetch indicators (mentioned in the PPT above). This parser needs to be provided with the resume data set and using AI it should highlight where the resume stands based on the indicators.
