It would be useful to have an overview of which PRs affected a specific TR under compwa.github.io/reports.

May need to make some adaptations to the sphinx-git impementation so that the env.docname is inserted.
An option is to use MyST substitutions with env.docname, but it seems not possible to use recursive substitutions.
