Add ability for devs to specify css for a pre-init class that is removed on instantiation

Rather than require developers to add all the styles to avoid any jerky-ness that occurs before JS loads, allow devs to specify a pre-init css rule for a "xooie-pre-init" class that gets removed on instantiation.
