We should treat deleted versions as gone forever. Publisher should not be able to re-publish a node version with the same version number. Reason being, we don't want users that installed a certain version to get any surprises when that version is replaced with another actual version.

TODO:

  • Add deleted column to a node version.
  • When node is deleted, make sure to mark it as deleted
  • All list functions should not include deleted node versions
  • make sure users cannot publish node versions that have been deleted

When it will be implemented?
I need to remove a version that contains undesired extra files making it bloated.
I did a new release after realizing the error, but I want to remove the bogus release.
Can you help me @robinjhuang ?
