Need to update Tangle node install guide #16

Hi, Drew from Tangle team. We have users using your guide and it seems outdated: https://github.com/Core-Node-Team/Testnet-TR/tree/main/Tangle.

I would recommend updating it against https://docs.tangle.tools if you want users to be able to get this done successfully.
