Implement a command-line tool that can be running in Kubernetes and allows to communicate to a corfu cluster that is run inside Kubernetes:

dockerize version of CLI (cmdlets?) / Corfu browser tool (is already in Corfu image)
helm chart for the CLI
manual how to deploy/run it inside Kubernetes
GitHub action that builds and checks that CLI works as expected and can communicate to Corfu
