Here a request from Fiona:

We're planning to write up an abstract for the LaosT1D patients who switched from the premixed twice-daily insulin regimen to the basal-bolus regimen (4x injections) between September 2023 to Jan/Feb 2024. There should be just about 10 - 15 patients.

We would like to ask if it is possible to get:
the dates (mmm-yyyy) they switched to the basal-bolus regimen
comparison of metrics 3 - 6 months before vs. after the switch (e.g. HbA1c, no of tests/day and hypos)
