Dispensers Where Origin is Address

Now that you can close a dispenser opened on another address if the tx source = dispenser origin what would be helpful although very possible to achieve without an endpoint is an endpoint like /address/ADDRESS/dispensers/origin and maybe /source for consistency and it would be like /assets/issued and /assets/owned.

I also haven't had success composing a close dispenser transaction like this so far. A close dispenser should need less info like how a cancel works, ideally.
