Think of Hooks as a bridge that can capture data inside/outside Countly, pipeline actions via Countly, and then send the data inside/outside Countly. With this fantastic feature, convert event-related data as triggers that will then send this data by HTTP requests and/or as emails. With Hooks, use Countly as the bridge with which you can keep external CRM tools, your inboxes, and more always informed of the events you must never lose track of.
