Add time slider to map

Description

1. Create backend structure for location data down to the city level as a function of time.
2. Add time sliding bar to the home page map and a search bar where the user can type in location and pick a time span (or use the bar alternatively and the zoom feature).
3. The tickers and the map on the home page, and the lists on the “lists page” will reflect these settings.
