Description

Addition of last yes/no question “Do you think you have been exposed to COVID?”. This makes the “no symptoms” field relevant. See attached image for reference.

Jason Jira comment:

...note that the backend will need to be changed. Definitely will want to coordinate w/Gabe on that. And as for the UI, I think you can leave the radios intact and independent of this new yes/no question since

  1. Some patients may disagree with their doctors
  2. Either way, we are asking them about exposure, not diagnosis.
