Converting .TEX files into images.

Are there any programs that allow me to convert .TEX files like the ones in "floatinghealthbars" into PNG or other formats?
They are viewable in Obsidian, but I can't find a proper program to convert them.

You can also right click the image in obsidian and save is as png
