Create room directly from url parameters #207

Would be nice to be able to create a room if it doesn't exist from the url parameters.
http://www.curvytron.com/#/room/Example?password=123

If this room doesn't exist, it should be created with the name Example and password 123.

Could be very useful for automated messages that prompt some community to join in a game.
