Psalm supports syntax like this one:

/**
 * @psalm-type Foo = array{b: int}
 * @psalm-type Bar = array{a: int}
 * @return Foo&Bar
 */
function foo() {
    return ['a' => 1, 'b' => 2];
}

This library should be able to support it as well.
