Problem with pairing bluetooth speaker

Hi!
First: sorry for my certainly bad english, i need it not really often. :-)

My Problem: i bought the bluetooth speaker MBS-100 from Sony-Ericsson.
When i´m pairing the speaker with my Defy (CM7.1.0), i receive a pairing request open a window to put in a password. according to user manual, the password is "0000". So i did.
after that, everytime i got the message, that their is a Problem and the connection refused.
In the bluetooth menu of my defy, i can see the speaker unpaired.

When i´m using the phone in my car, i have no problems, neither with audio play nor with my HFE. So i know, it really works. :-)
The same problem i had with the logitech wireless speaker adapter too.
