Config option for card id logging during evaluation

Short description:

When in a crashloop caused by variable card evaluation, it is not always possible to know what cards to remove after enabling safe mode.
It would be nice to have a config option that, when enabled, logs the id of a card when it starts evaluating it such that if evaluation causes a crash then the last ids listed in the logs are the likely cause.
