  1. Use https://github.com/DARPA-CRITICALMAAS/cdr_schemas/tree/main/cdr_schemas object to create a single python function that takes the CreateProspectModelMetaData as input and produces SaveProcessedDataLayer (one for each evidence layer). @adaruna3 @RobertoBEAK
  2. @marshHawk4 to add hosting hooks and submission hooks into CDR to take the outputs and submit them on request from the CDR. This to be done AFTER 1. is complete.
