A la MPCTxtTools . Provides functionality for replacing a whole type of instrument with another.

This doesn't sound too complicated. Should there be a button for it or would it be enough to just add a field in the options menu? (like the "multiply tempo" feature)

One potential difficulty: there has to be some trace of the previous state of the sequence for this feature to work with "undo"
