Use search in annotator for sequential adding of the same anchor at more places #2468

As part of or follow-up to #2083:
When searching e.g. "Buck", I want the option to go through a full text and add the anchor of B Buck to all "Buck". Similar to Replace, but instead of replace, it is adding the anchor. I can insert anchor, or skip the hit, and then it goes to next hit.

The request is not for full batch addition, but for sequential one-by-one addition of the anchor.
