Next steps on nwqueueadapters documentation #12

Changes are mostly technical:

  • Since official website documentation is meant for users and Wiki documentation is meant for developers, we can cut the "Design and implementation" section from the website documentation (while leaving it in the Wiki, of course - it's an interesting section)
  • There are links to github pages for packages (e.g., serialization) which should now be links to the package documentation pages on the official website
  • There's a link to the FakeData.cpp source file which poses some technical challenges when trying to translate this to the official website, see Issue Find a way to preserve links to source files in GitHub #7 for more on this

nwqueueadapters no longer exists.
