In checking out modular-prelude, I learned about local aliases[1] which I didn't know was possible. I think an explanation of how you use that (in the README or elsewhere) would be useful. Also, you should probably document/demonstrate the first-class module idea, since it's not in common use.

The current readme is just a jumbled pile of thoughts. Haddocks might be helpful, even if all they do is point the user to the documentation of the corresponding "real" module.
