Update for Xcode 10.2

It seems Swift Language Version needs to be updated. I still having a compilation error

The “Swift Language Version” (SWIFT_VERSION) build setting must be set to a supported 
value for targets which use Swift. Supported values are: 4.0, 4.2, 5.0. This setting can
 be set in the build settings editor.

This should work now, I'm generating the project with spm on develop right now. Can you confirm it's working for you?

Thanks for bringing this up to date. I love a library that fits (easily) in one file. Just the logical minimum. Good work. Your merging solution for quoted embedded commas is elegant. I don't see why keyedRows is an Optional. Perhaps it was necessary before your tempHeaders workaround?
