Fix css for 0.117.x and update docs regarding removal of bom sensor from core

HA have removed the core BOM sensor component from core in 0.117 and there were some changes with css in the card that needed to be important to display the temperature and UOM in the correct place.
Add the custom bom sensor component in HACS by adding my custom repo https://github.com/DavidFW1960/bom_core_replacement
You will need to restart Home Assistant after you install that custom component.
