Arcane Terminal JEI Fill Issue (v2.3.3)

Describe the bug
When attempting to fill the recipe for an item into the terminal crafting zone using JEI's + button, it won't fill the items unless you have the exact version of the item, and not any of the alternate versions. As an example, if you have Brass Plates from Tech Reborn but not Alchemical Brass Plates from Thaumcraft, if you attempt to fill the recipe table with the Thaumcraft versions, it won't do anything.

Steps to Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Arcane Terminal
2. Click on item for JEI
3. Click on + to add recipe to crafting zone
4. Won't fill using items that are compatible substitutes.

Expected behavior
Arcane Terminal to be filled with compatible substitutes of items, even if you don't have the Exact version JEI landed on while cycling through substitutes.
