OIDC Configuration disables all Login possibilities

Hi,
we implemented DependencyTrack as Helm Chart and Login and all works fine. But after we configure OIDC by Environment Variables Password Login vanishes and the OIDC Button don´t appear. In the html they are both hidden by display:none.
When i simpyl edit the html and shot the keycloak button, he redirects me to keycloak and i can logon but get redirected back to the loginform with no pw or oidc login possibility.

I read that if dependency track cannot load the oidc well know config link from keycloak the oidc button is not shown. But the kubernetes has other applications working with keycloak, so i don´t think this would be an issue.

after three days it seems he fiunally found the well now openid config and show finally the button,.
