Hello,
In my sample, after running through Kraken2 using the k2pluspf database (and Bracken), Pavian shows I have microbial reads, bacterial reads, viral reads, fungal reads, and protozoan reads. Are the microbial reads the unclassified reads which cannot be classified into bacterial, viral, fungal or protozoan? I am just trying to figure out what this microbial read classification is.

Thank you!

Ben
