My advice for you is to do what I'm doing right now
Is to get an android device that releases Q1 or Q2 2020 to get 5G support or before that if 5G not important for you.

Example: oneplus 8 pro or Samsung s20 5g or s20+5g or s20 ultra 5g.

Then downgrade it to android 10 and root it after that get Boldbeast Android VoIP Call Recorder app to record any app voice or video call.

Other than that forget VOIP call record feature on android 11 and above.

PS.
I think they will active voice record again on android 16.
