Description

Design a simple contact us form with a clean UI and include all the common fields that are present in a simple contact form like email, phone no, problem, and many more. Make sure to make it responsive

Note

After the assignment of the task try to complete it within 5 - 7 days. Otherwise, it might be assigned to someone else

Follow the contribution guidelines and Code Of Conduct.
Create a responsive Adminpanel component using react which can be used in Websites.
