Category sometimes not being applied

I don't know if this is a server bug or a bug with this extension, but whenever I queue a lot of galleries with "queue tabs on the left/right", a few of those galleries end up not being added to the category in the settings, at random.

I couldn't find any useful logs to further debug this.
